CONFIDENCE is the Name of the Game!!! Confidence meaning Faith in God, Love of Family and an Unflinching Resolve to do what is Right!!! I was lucky that my parents believed in "functional education" as the greatest treasure that one could have in life. You will ultimately be judged by your net worth, which is defined as the residual between your assets (tangible and intangible) and your liabilities. Jim Collins clearly indicated in his book "Good-to-Great" that money is a tool for success, and a measure of success. Dal LaMagna in his book "Tweezerman" argued that Money is power, influence and stored energy. Jack Stack in his book titled "A Stake in the Outcome" contended that in order to stay in business you should continuously generate cash and engage in what he calls equity sharing. I would just like to add that "functional education" is the only real source of "Sustainable Success" in life!!! - Cenen

Cenen as an Entrepreneur

In business, I started as a Banana Vendor at San Andres Market, Manila, Philippines in the seventies to become a Car Battery and Sari-Sari Store Dealer & Operator in the eighties and nineties, the main office of which was located at Aguirre Road, Pilar Village, Las Pinas City, Philippines: Lisnenmary / Lisnenjas/ Lis-Nen Enterprises (With Branches at Moonwalk, Las Pinas City, Pepsi Cola Muntinlupa City and Taguig City, Philippines) and then became a Finance Consultant (in the third millennium) in Public and Private Companies located at New York City, San Francisco City, and Iowa City, USA & a Finance Consultant in a Public Company located at London, United Kingdom (In business, never give-up until you win!!! Play hard, work harder, and pray hardest until you become a serial-winner and reach what I call the La Sallian Championship Anchor. Always try to assemble the best team in your business. As Jack Welch advised his people: The team with the best players wins!!!)
